Description

The ENGINEER DZ-02 Pearl Driver is a compact Japanese precision screwdriver designed for installing and removing very small Phillips screws. Measuring only 55mm in overall length, it is especially convenient for detailed work in narrow spaces and for small devices such as watches, cameras, eyeglasses, and precision equipment.

Its +No.000 tip and slim 2mm shaft are designed for miniature screws where standard screwdrivers are too large. The carbon steel shaft provides practical durability, while the lightweight resin grip keeps the tool compact and easy to control during delicate repair and maintenance tasks.

How to Use

Select the screwdriver only for screws that correctly match the +No.000 tip size. Insert the tip fully into the screw head and apply gentle downward pressure while turning slowly to reduce the risk of slipping or damaging the screw. Avoid excessive torque because precision screws and the small driver tip can be damaged by excessive force. Use the tool only for tightening and loosening compatible small screws.

Care Instructions

Wipe the shaft and handle clean after use and remove any oil, dirt, or moisture before storage. Keep the screwdriver in a dry location to help protect the carbon steel shaft from corrosion. Do not use it as a pry tool, punch, or chisel, and avoid applying excessive sideways force to the thin shaft. Inspect the tip regularly for wear or deformation to prevent damage to precision screw heads. Store the tool safely where the fine tip will not be bent or damaged.
